NASTT’s Rocky Mountain Chapter 42" GBM-Auger Bore Under I-15

The Rocky Mountain Chapter of the North American Society for Trenchless Technology (RMNASTT) warmly invites you to the 42" GBM-Auger Bore Under I-15 Project site tour on November 13, 2024. This exclusive tour will feature a site visit at the Bore Pit to witness the progress on the Guided Auger Bore Installation and see the shoring system in-place. 

Here's the agenda:

9am - 10am - Presentation and Construction Update @ Weber Basin Water Conservancy District 2837 UT-193, Layton, UT 84040

Highlights include:

  • RMNASTT information – Chris Knott, BTrenchless
  • Project Update
    • Engineering/Design – Tanner Sweat/Jordan Oyler (Bowen Collins & Associates)
    • Construction Progress – John Beckos (BTrenchless)
  • Safety/Engineering Highlight: Groundworks Shoring System – Jim Foley (Groundworks Shoring Systems)
10am-10:15am – Travel to Jobsite
10:15am-11:30am – Site Visit at the Bore Pit to witness the progress on the Guided Auger Bore Installation and see the shoring system in-place

  • Prepare project-specific questions
